Shipping and Returns Policy
You will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred for your transaction.
In the event that you need to return your purchased Fare Card/s, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event that you need to return your Fare Card/s, you will have 14 days to return the card/s after you receive them.
To be eligible for return, the card/s must not have been used either partially or in their entirety.
You will need to provide a proof of purchase.
Once we have received the card/s, we will confirm they have not been used and process your refund.
