Competition Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. To qualify for one of the prizes, complete the entry form at www.gccabs.com.au
2. Only one entry per person
3.  A minor under the age of eighteen must be assisted by his/her legal guardian.
4. Winners must collect their prize from Gold Coast Cabs, 21 Margaret Street, Southport
5. Incorrect information will automatically disqualify the entrant.
6. The competition is open to all parties except for employees, drivers, shareholders and operators of Regent
Taxis T/A Gold Coast Cabs this also excludes employees and family members of the forementioned parties
7. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Gold Coast Cabs cannot take any responsibility for any damage, losses or injuries related to the prize.
9. All entries including winning entries must be prepared to have their entry featured on the website and
in future marketing material.
10. Closing date for entry is 31^st May 2011 at 4pm.
11. Winners will be notified via e-mail or phone. The prize must be collected in person before 10^th June
by 4.00pm at Gold Coast Cabs.
12. By entering the competition and supplying your information, you consent to receive relevant promotional
material via e-mail.
13. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
